The catalyst to your future resides within you… the only person who truly sees you…your darkest, deepest secrets, your deepest desires. You and only you hold the magnifying glass to your future, faith and dreams.

Truly being the catalyst to your dream requires you to become inebriated with your dream(s), fanatical about it because it is the driving force, the ultimate accomplishment for your life!

Sometimes the sun does not rise on our feelings, on our situations and this is the most troubling time to be in the driver’s seat to our dreams.

Life does put a damper on our endeavors, on our persistence and  our consistence…perhaps your car broke down, or maybe you were gifted with an expensive traffic ticket or maybe you or a loved one is having a major family or health crisis.

Well, do not be deterred… press on. It is never easy to take our life by the helm and take charge of our lives but a dreamer, a winner must do what he or she must. He or she must move forward regardless of setbacks and mishaps.

If you squeeze an orange what do you get? Well most people will say and I hear you saying, ” Duh, orange juice”. Well, actually no; you get what’s inside of the orange. My point, if I squeeze you what will come forth?

When life squeezes the life out of you, will weakness flow out? Will anger, resentment and confusion become you? Will faith, belief and hope pour out of you? As the ultimate catalyst to your future, what blue print to your future have you formulated?

I recently heard a story of a gifted, beautiful Latin young woman. Her parents were divorced when she was a little girl and she never received much stability in life.

Needless to say, she grew up fast. This young woman spent many years feeling inadequate because she felt responsible for her parents broken marriage.  She decided to break the chain of poverty, the chain of destructive relationships and the generational chain of hurt.

When she made this decision to move on, many obstacles attempted to block her path. She received a call that her family had lost their home and that they would have to move to a shelter. Her choice was; live in a shelter with her family or move on and break the bondage, the disease of poverty.

I’ll tell you this much, today her family never goes to shelters, there is food, abundance and blessings because of her choice…   On the inside of a dreamer there must be growth, faith, belief, focus and persistence.
